Personal data we collect
Envision2bWell Inc collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data necessary to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product you’re using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. We will notify you if this is the case at the time. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalization that use such data will not work for you.

Information we collect
Account information
We believe that Everybody is different and Every BODY is different. Its why personalization is important for the best experience with our products and services. That’s why we require info like your gender, 1st and 2nd language, race, ethnicity, height, weight, gender, age when you create an EnvisionWell account. It helps us personalize your experience to be health and well.

Your IP address
When you visit our site, we collect your IP address and can use it to make sure you’re getting the content that’s relevant to you and your location.

Your contact info
When you contact us for help, we collect your name, contact information, and message to make sure we get you the answers you need. Device info
We get your info to give you info. When you link a device, we collect data to estimate a variety of metrics like your blood pressure, the number of steps you take, calories burned, weight, heart rate, sleep stages, active minutes, and location. This allows us to show you your stats and progress. You have full control to delete any linked device.

Choice
At all times, you may choose whether to provide or disclose Personal Information. The notices that we provide on the Service in circumstances where we collect Personal Information should help you to make this choice. If you choose not to provide the Personal Information we request, you may still use the Service, but you may be unable to access certain programs and services that involve knowledge of the requested information..

Envision2bWell Inc uses the data we collect to provide you with rich, interactive experiences. In particular, we use data to:

Children’s Privacy.

Corporate Products

When a customer tries, purchases, uses, or subscribes to Envision2bWell products or services for Corporate use, or obtains support for or professional services with such products, Envision2bWell collects data to provide the service (including uses compatible with providing the service), provide the best experiences with our products, operate our business, and communicate with the customer. For example:

• When a customer engages with a Envision2bWell sales representative, we collect the customer’s name and contact data, along with information about the customer’s organization, to support that engagement.
• When a customer interacts with a Envision2bWell support professional, we collect device and usage data or error reports to diagnose and resolve problems.

It describes how we may use and disclose any your protected health information. It also describes your rights to access and control your protected health information. “Protected health information” is information about you, including demographic information, that may identify you and that relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health or condition; related health care services; or related to the past, present, or future payment for the provision of health care to you.
